Broken crayons still color

Every last one of us experiences moments of brokenness, but when God heals us, everything changes. And I am incredibly grateful for that transformation.
Ladies, I want to encourage you: don’t dismiss the broken crayons in your life. Don’t hide them in your pocket, toss them away, or ignore them. Instead, allow God to use them. Ask Him, "Lord, what do You want me to create with this?"
What kind of design do You want me to bring into my life and the lives of my children? Just like my mom, who struggled to feel loved yet poured so much love into my brother and me, we can break generational patterns. If we let God work with our brokenness, even the tiniest remnants can still bring color to our lives.
Father, today we open our hands to You and say, "Lord, please take these broken pieces. Whether they come from things done to me or decisions I've made, here they are—my broken colors." Some of the colors may be unrecognizable, the labels torn away, but Lord, I trust You to take them and create something beautiful, as only You can.
